COMMENCEMENT
UW-Whitewater’s May 2025 commencement ceremonies were held at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. in Kachel Fieldhouse on the Whitewater campus.
The 10 a.m. ceremony honored the College of Arts and Communication and the College of Business and Economics (undergraduates and graduate students from related programs). A is available for viewing free of charge until July 5, 2025.
The 3 p.m. ceremony honored the College of Education and Professional Studies and the College of Letters and Sciences (undergraduates and graduate students from related programs), and the College of Integrated Studies (BAAS students). A is available for viewing free of charge until July 5, 2025.
The December 2025 commencement ceremony will take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13. This website will be updated as more information becomes available.
Commencement Speakers
Julie Anding
Julie Anding, who earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology in 1990 and a Master of Science in guidance and counseling in 1992, will share her inspiring story as commencement speaker for UW-Whitewater’s spring 2025 commencement ceremony at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 17.
Kylie Bilello
Management major Kylie Bilello will share her inspiring story as student speaker at the UW-Whitewater spring 2025 commencement ceremony at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 17.
Lynn Gardinier
Lynn Gardinier, who earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from UW-Whitewater in 1990, will share her story as commencement speaker at the spring 2025 commencement ceremony at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 17.
Meg Hayes
English major Meg Hayes will share her inspiring story as commencement speaker for UW-Whitewater’s spring 2025 commencement ceremony at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 17.
The Rock County campus
The Rock County campus held its commencement ceremony in the gymnasium of the Wells Cultural Center at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2025. A recording of the free of charge until July 5, 2025.
